Customer Service Representative.
Thoroughly familiarizing themselves with all
aspects of the firm and its particular
needs, they will act as consultants.
We help to manage your document transfer and
provide logistic support during all phases
of the litigation process; discovery,
pre-trial preparation, trial set-up and post
trial breakdown. This would include
the transportation of litigation documents
or case files to opposing or co-counsels;
audio and electronic equipment; firm to
courtroom trial transfer; and other logistic
management services. |

also has a unique computer based Account
Profile Journal detailing the particulars of
the firm. Access to this information
allows us to provide up to the minute
information on all your shipments. We
can also create detailed Monthly Account
Activity Reports summarizing activity
charged to specific client matters; shipment
quantities; piece & weight totals;
destinations; and proof of delivery
receipts. These reports will help you
monitor monthly business activity for each
matter as well as client expenses. |
