Email Notification
DBA Customers can
have automatic e-mail alerts sent to any e-mail address of choice
tied to their account number. The customer supplies the e-mail
address for the shipper , consignee, or third party and an alert
is automatically sent to the respective e-mail address advising
one of three components:

Shipment In
Transit |

2.
Shipment
Scheduled for Delivery |

3.
Proof of
Delivery |
Some of the
benefits of the E-Mail notification system are:
- Consignees can
be alerted as to the day their shipments will be arriving to
them.
- Customers can
manage their vendor traffic by having the information as to
which vendors are in the DBA System .
- Shippers can
save time in their customer service departments by not having to
field questions as to the status of their shipments.
- Traffic
departments that are responsible for multiple shipping and
receiving sites can manage information by using the system to
automatically confirm shipping status.
- Exporters can
also receive automatic e-mails confirming Documents Turned
Over to Broker.
